PAR BAKE CRUST AND BREAD STICKS
 
  • Keep frozen until use at -0° F. or below.
  • Two thawing options: (1) Overnight in the refrigerator; or (2) in about 30 minutes at room temperature (68-72° F.)
  • Preparation: Cook from thawed using the guidelines below (can be cooked from frozen, but integrity will be lost). For a softer bottom decrease the heat. For a crisper bottom increase the heat.

ORIGINAL THIN
Whole grain flour and special ingredients make this the thinnest, crispiest crust available.  This product is uniform in shape with no raised edge.  Hot pressed in diameters of 10, 12 and 14 inches.  Original Thin is the most cost-effective cracker type crust on the market.  So thin it's important to experiment with the cooking temperature.

The original par-baked crust pizza.  Made from the highest quality bread flours and yeasts.  This product is uniform in shape with a raised edge and is available in three thicknesses; thin, thick and extra thick. Hot pressed in diameters of 6 to 16 inches and 12 x 16 inch rectangles.  Original Recipe is durable, cost-effective, and tasty.  Also available in Deep Dish and 12-inch twin packs for retail customers.
 
WHEAT
A blend of the finest whole grain wheat flours, this whole wheat product is the industry standard for texture and flavor.  Uniform in shape with a raised edge, Wheat crusts are hot pressed in diameters of 8, 10, 12 and 15 inches, and 12 x 16 inch rectangles.
  
GARLIC AND HERB
Made with the same attention and quality ingredients as Original Recipe, but with a lighter wheat formulation, and a unique flavor profile of garlic and special herb blend.  Uniform in shape with a raised edge, Garlic & Herb crusts are hot pressed in diameters of 9 and 12 inches.  Ready to top and serve, no spices necessary.
 
BREADSTICKS
A special formulation of bread flours par-baked on sheets of 12 x 16 dough, perforated for easy-to-separate 1-ounce portions.  Excellent flavor and incredibly easy to use; simply warm and serve with the dip of your choice or as a side to soup and salad.
